The top players going into the 2017 NBA draft are no doubt Lonzo Ball and Markelle Fultz. Both have been integral parts to their college teams and look set to be take early in their draft class.
Lonzo said this past week “Markelle’s a great player, but I feel I’m better than him,” said Ball. “I think I can lead a team better than him,” Ball added. “Obviously he’s a great scorer – he’s a great player, so I’m not taking that away from him.”
Statistics wise Fultz looks the better player averaging 23.2 points, 5.7 rebounds and 5.9 assists per game as a freshman this season. But Ball has got UCLA into the sweet 16 while Fultz’ Washington have struggled this college season.
